I graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu and the master's programme at the Estonian Business School, and I worked in the corporate world for nearly 30 years. Since 2019, I have continually developed my skills in art and literature, studying painting at Sally Studio and Aapo Pukk Art School, both in private and group lessons. Today I am a member of the Edmund Burke Society and, together with Hardo, I edit the newspaper Tahenduse teejuhid. I am also the mother of three children and the driving force behind the Aldous Huxley Centre's children's club.

I am a recovering economist. In the summer of 2016, together with my friend and colleague Karmo Kroos, I founded the Edmund Burke Society, which, together with the Estonian Business School, is one of the two founders of the International Aldous Huxley Centre. Since 2020, I have run the Edmund Burke Society together with Kaie Metsla – my partner in work and in life. Since that same year, we have also published the newspaper Tähenduse teejuhid – a monthly supplement to Postimees, the largest daily newspaper in Estonia.

At EBS, I am responsible for research and development, having previously worked in various fields in both the private and public sectors (with a focus on industry, environmental topics, and space). I studied history at Oxford and have been an admirer of Huxley's work since the age of fifteen.
